Jason has over 18 years of experience in property development, construction, and small business operations. Jason has raised investment funds and managed residential and commercial real estate investments and developments. Jason has successfully owned and managed premier hospitality businesses. He is an entrepreneur with a bachelor’s in finance from Michigan State University. His first job was working in his family’s café at the age of twelve, where he learned the restaurant/hospitality business. He then spent six years as a commercial broker in California and has been involved in numerous real estate developments and investments. Over the past years, he was a partner, investor, and managing partner of multiple successful real estate ventures. As a commercial broker, he has managed portfolios in the range of tens of millions of dollars, including a role as the CFO for the Amplus Group, in Miami Beach, FL. An investment company vested in the extremely successful South Beach properties Prime 112, Prime Italian, The Browns Hotel, and Prime Hotel.

Rob is an owner and operator at The Parlor, a bar lounge with live music in Traverse City, MI, for the past ten years and has worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years. Rob’s experience includes consulting, management, marketing, and opening dozens of successful restaurants and bars throughout Northern Michigan, metro Detroit and Florida. Including recently opening North Bar and The Pub in Traverse City, MI.
